In a release, USF Athletics says 4,000 tickets for the @MiamiBeachBowl have already been distributed. School allotment was 7,400.

Yeah I was considering if it was the St. Pete bowl, even then I'd have bought thru Stub Hub. Still not giving USF athletics any more money.

no offense, but you're full of crap. You want usf to be big time? How do you propose we get there if fans and alumni won't donate?

Agreed.  I bought 4 tickets thru USF.  Probably could have got them cheaper on the secondary market but I looked at it like a donation.

All of this happening today is making me a very happy Bull. I just got the time approved to take off Monday, just need to get my tickets and I'll be there +2.

I purchased two tickets today and donated them through USF's program directly to the Wounded Warrior Program.  As of 11am today, they were 'almost entirely through the original allotment of 7,400" according to the ticket agent that I purchased with.

That's great on both fronts! Thx for sharing and welcome to the board.

If this is true, buy what you can and donate to locals, wounded warriors, students, give to friends/family, whatever you can do.  Let's be...

I wonder how fast the St Pete Bowl tickets sold when USF played Memphis? But I agree that the tickets selling this fast is a good for us. Also this is the best bowl destination that USF has had so that helps. If the date and kickoff time was better I have no doubt that the allotment would be sold out by now.

IMO...Charlotte was the best.

the 1st Charlotte bowl game that I happened to attend was a blast end though we lost. Great stadium and city.

7K tickets sold through USF, with 15K total USF fans in attendance is my prediction.
