I'm confused.  How can the Foundation be exempt from law suit settlements over $200k, but not be subject to the Sunshine State laws?

Two different statutory sections. The Plancher case that went to the Supreme Court revolved around whether UCFAA was entitled to sovereign immunity, and the Court ruled that it was. The Court only determined that issue and nothing else.

The issue UCFAA is raising now is that it is explicitly protected from releasing certain types of records under a different statute. It feels like they are trying to have their cake and eat it too but the issues are arising under two different statutes.

Both coaches are out. Miami sounds like they are going to go after butch or jj. Ucf may or may not promote kean to hc

If Kean was in play for the permanent hc job why wouldn't they have made him the interim?
