Data, I have reconsidered, and yes, that is probably a lot closer to a Golden parachute than not. +1 to you.

is usf considered a major school?

we arent in a p5 conference

 

I get my facts from billboards like any respectable sports fan.  It was also listed in the USF Navy gameday news release: USF has the longest winning streak of any football team in Florida, college and pro. (Before Navy game).
