It's the OCS. The OCS has been kicked from the team.

He was never allowed to be on the team. 

 

 

I posted in another thread that Harlan said they are consistently looking at the option of an OCS, but when they build it, it will be, I believe he used the word, "spectacular"

The tweet in question indicated the player is currently on the roster. Bethel is not on the roster....
