Does NOT putting names on the back of uniforms really motivate the players to play better as a team? Only for selfish reasons. I don't have everybody's number memorized. Do you think this will be a permanent thing during Taggart's tenure? Do you think the guys can "earn" their names back? Also thinking it would be cool to put them on for the last home game for 2 reasons: To be different than UCF who doesn't have names on their jerseys Senior night I pretty much know the numbers, but for game 1, I printed out the two-deep on gousfbulls.com.
