@TBTimes_Bulls: Bulls DL coach Eric Mathies has been placed on administrative leave, @USFAthletics spokesman Brian Siegrist said.

in this day and age any high profile person that drives drunk needs to be punished severly

 

he should be terminated forthwith

The hiring of Strickland DOES add a little intrigue as to how the university plays this out ....

He will be fired if there is ANY truth to this. Sad but likely. 

As far as Strickland goes, his DUI's happened prior to being hired here. People make mistakes and hopefully learn from them and they get 2nd and 3rd chances.   Strickland is basically getting what amounts to a 2nd chance. If he has 1 incident here Im sure he will be fired ASAP. 

 

 

 

BTW like the direction that USF Athletics is heading, More communication coming from the AD, Higher Ups, ect.... Its almost every other day we get an email or letter in the mail thanking us for our support, or updates , ect.... Keep up the great work USF.

For those Not Happy with the Coaching Staff (Im Not one of them BTW) should be happy,  This is the 2nd to take themselves out (Hans and now Mathies).  If they keep up the pace, we will have a whole new staff by the start of the season. (I HOPE NOT).
