High school stats are probably the least important aspect in recruitment.

He's also had countywide weekly awards and now two playoff wins, in two different seasons, at two different schools meaning he can lead an offense. Yeah, more than stats, its also on field intelligence, potential, size, and if they can meet entrance requirements. But if there is enough potential, they will get into the college system somehow, ie Mike Ford. But on top of all that seems to be luck. There aren't endless number of spots for high school qbs and you have to catch the eye of someone who matters in the recruitment process.

Catching an eye of a recruiter would be a concern if he were not playing for a high classification team outside Atlanta. Not like he plays in 1A in Apalachicola. Reminds me of Trenton Miller who walked on here and left. People were convinced he was much better than a walk on.

BTW, he may need to go 1-AA or juco as the pros will find you wherever you are. If he really does have thay talent and everyone is just missing it.

They won their second playoff game stunning the number two team. http://www.ajc.com/news/sports/from-the-prep-zone-blogs-at-ajccom/nb3SP/ If anything the kid is a field general. Low turnovers and his completion percentage is consistently over 50%. I think he was 13 comp on 20, 189yds and 2 TDs.

Mike White played at a AAA school, Ironside AAAAAA.

Unfortunately he suffered a concussion late in the first half and the team ended up losing 35-31 after the opposing team scored 2 TDs in the 4th quarter.
