Just shows what a failure we had in Skip Holtz and crew's ability to coach our players.

Based on one article?  Let's see how this plays out first.

Based on the last two years of pathetic results while still sending guys to the NFL.

I would think week in and week out blowouts are pathetic. There were just as many last quarter, last minute, last play failures on the defense as there were true blow outs because the offense was clicking. IF USF had brought in a better DC, Skip would still be coach.

Snyder did quite well at when he left here- I think Skip was the problem and he's gone.

Go Bulls!

Can't believe BJ is pushing for 2nd stringer. I was told many times he is terrible.

Not sure how the coach who was offensive minded and didn't do that much with the defense was the reason the defense failed in key moments. As good as USF's offense was while he was here, at aTm they had over 7000yds

He must have missed the bus when La Tech put 57 points on his defense in 3 quarters.

He could have been so much better here in the right system.  Though, he played well enough the last two years here.  He just didn't get the help from the defense and coaching staff we needed.

#3 all time total yards in Big East's 21 year history that includes NC teams and names behind him like Donovan McNabb, Geno Smith, Marc Bulger,  Ken Dorsey (2x NCAA QB of the Year, 2x Heisman Finalist), Mike Vick, etc,  . Not sure how much better at that stage of his career he could have been. He seemed to leave it all on the field no matter the situation.

Oh and #9 in total passing yards. People behind him include Matt and Tim Hasselbeck, Pat White, Tony Pike, etc.

Looking at the stats it's hard to believe, but he could have done so much better not being forced to play a pocket passer so hard.

How can you say he was a pocket passer when in 2011 he ran for his second highest season, 600 yards?  He was the team's 2nd highest rusher ahead of Murry and Lamar.

Slick, don't try, I've stopped trying, yes BJ was left out to dry on occasion, but was NEVER a pocket passer.

What happened and what people think happened, the stats tell the truth.
