Navy's schedule - for the most part - does not strike me as being overly entertaining. I'd like to see them added to the conference, as a road trip to Annapolis would be pretty nice.

Love to have an annual Navy game...

As a jarhead, this is a no brainer for us

It may or may not be annual, depending on how they decide to split the conference for divisions.

Which is kaka, IMO .... Keep the conference where you play everyone each year, screw the ccg, it will be a joke for this conference anyway. Having a conference champion where you don't play everyone in the conference is bogus.

So you want only one OOC game a year and 11 conference games?

I'd prefer 10 teams in conference with 3 ooc games ...

Hmmm..didn't think of that. That's a good point, Trip. Part of me likes the idea of a championship game, but there's another part of me that sides w/Trip on the, 'aroma' of a championship for this particular conference (exactly how tall is that midget, anyway). I remember my enthusiasm when we joined CUSA - and the subsequent disappointment in finding out that playing Tulane - AT TULANE - was not to happen. Not excited about any team joining or leaving the conference if they're not on our agenda, hence the need for rotation.

I wonder if the AAC legal eagles did the due diligence and made sure that they were not infringing upon an existing acronym first.

Wonder how long before the Appalachian Athletic Conference will sue the American Athletic Conference?

I'm not joking. And don't call me Shirley.
