I have seen absolutely nothing, ever from Shaw to make me believe he can be the every down back. Coach T is looking for tough players, and you are talking about a kid that quit on his team in the middle of a game. That doesn't exactly define tough.

not sure an act of frustration means he isn't tough. I agree he probably isn't an every down back. we need someone who can carry it 25 times per game.

I think if Shaw was allowed to wear a paper bag, he'd have had one on.

I think he may have been wearing one when he muffed that punt last game ...

touche, but why the hell was a RB taking punts to begin with? Or a TE? You know...lets forget 2011-2012 ever happened.

Is there some rule that it should be a WR or CB?

Eveld certainly has to be included. He will be our only qb (that can take a snap) that has real time game experience. Even if we get AW, and assuming he takes the starting role, we still need a decent backup qb.

3- a couple people on the OL have to set the tone out there by being just nasty road graders. Who? None of them fit that bill yet that I have seen.

Before we get excited about a great running game, we absolutely need to have this ^^^

we were #1 in rushing in big east last year. we were #4 this year. only cincy and syracuse had a better per carry average than us this year. we obviously can improve there but if we committ to it then I believe we can run.

No, but there should be a rule that you need to practice it for more than one week before doing it in a game situation...

Only played a little at UM ... Don't think he'll lose RS.

I do expect better caliber QB in camp soon!

He lost his red shirt.

It was too late in the season, if he was in for one play he lost it.

He has two years, correct?

Still don't think it will matter.
