We do not have tradition to sell kids. 2. We do not have a championship. 3. Before this year we did not really have an identity besides on Defense. 4. We are no longer looked at as the program on the rise. So This hire does not have to be about recruiting even though it will turn out to be a plus in that department. This decision is about bringing a WINNING mentality and a successful person who comes from the same coaching background. Its obvious CWT wants alll his coaches to be on the same page. I for one love the idea of this guy coming and think coming from Stanford can only be a positive to tell kids parents when he goes into a kids home.
