But he has no Florida ties! And anyone can recruit and win at Stanford!

Lol, someone probably didn't follow college ball until Harbaugh was coaching.

Believe it or not, if USF seems their defensive coordinator to a high school, the coach will be excited to meet with him, regardless of whether he's recruited there before.

Big decision for Lance and his family. Seems like a smart guy who hasn't been given his shot to run the show yet.

I was thinking the same thing... He's got a great gig at Stanford, that's a nice part of Cali, and he recruits for one of the top schools in the world, let alone the US.... I don't think its a situation that no one wants to come here, but I would have to think about it before I moved across the US to take a job that will take me away from my family even more....

hell, I'm torn about taking a job in Virginia Beach due to the relocation..... not an easy choice I'm sure

Absolutely; I'm interviewing next week, but hoping for a decision one way or another within 30 days.
