should step down at the end of the season, and Holtz should be right behind him.

He may have done some wonderful things regarding improvements to athletics facilities, but how many decent ADs could have done that?

Giving this head coach an extension after last year's season was a GRAVE mistake. I never thought I'd be sitting here after our team is 2-4 and we still have the toughest conference opponents to come. I'm not sure we can match last years 5-7 record, at least on paper.

I haven't given up on my Bulls, I'm still heading to Louisville for the game on 10/20, but I have given up on the coaches, and this athletic director who made an incalculable error in giving this coach an extension. I'm extremely worried that this decision is going to set this program back by YEARS.

Extending holtz will easily set us back 5 years or more. We need a real coach who's actually won something significant before, cusa championships obviously don't mean anything

We have to find the money to buy out holtz otherwise it will cost more money with fans not renewing their tickets and donations

Who's punishment is going to be worse? Ours by keeping Holtz or Miami's from the NCAA?
