At this point I’m just waiting for the ground breaking in December before I get too hyped. The question is who will be setting up the live feed cameras?

This is more than just a stadium, the price tag includes more.

The expense is also the football center (which, I really like so far). We can't downplay the football center; as this is necessary for a P5 program (recruiting) to have in this day and age.

Some minor changes they can make to fully improve the stadium design.

1.) Ensure there is a full wrap around concourse (that can view the field) similar to the RayJ now.

2.) Cover the stadium frame (similar to what Houston TDECU stadium did). I actually like their simple, yet standard design. Then again, the SDSU stadium has the exact same design as our rendering (regarding the stands' frame view) being exposed.

3.) For the price and only 35k seats? Ensure that we have seatbacks. Why bleachers? (if bleachers, then only in the student sections).

This is not a $300M+ stadium design. sorry.

I agree it's poop and it'll probably be mocked as such, especially when we hopefully get into a better conference. We'll have the crummy but brand new stadium.

Maybe, but a crummy but brand new ON CAMPUS stadium!

It’s going to be awesome.
You guys saying we’re overpaying don’t appreciate the inflation that has occurred in the last decade.
And you can’t see the inside.
Some of the tenders also show A LOT of chair backs seats, most of the sideline seats in fact.

This will be much more than just metal bleachers.

And the way it’s split level with the second level overhung to be closer to the field is unique for a stadium of this smaller size. That’s going to give it a very close to the field feel, for both the fans, and the players and coaches.

Yeah, but if we do move up, there's pretty much a guarantee that we at least wouldn't be the biggest "poop" stadium at that level ...

So any monies you donate, you specify for something other than the ocs?

All I ask is, where are the giant safety umbrellas?  I think the designers may be sadists.
