Okay what if we shift the metaphor from a dying family member to one that has gone off the rails and you tried everything to help, but eventually need a break from their chaos.  😀

The thing that needs to be remembered is that WKU had a solid year last year and return about 85% of their starters and O-line. For a first game, the offense looked good (with the exception of the 3 int’s) and the secondary looked improved. As for the pressure and run defense, WKU’s experiences line and our new schemes played a part. We will get better, it’s just the beginning. I still think we can get to 6 wins.
