This isn't a report card luckily and if we can afford to extend and buy out the biggest loser in USF history then we can afford an OCS.

I doubt anyone could ever justify a football stadium investment on financials alone.  Whether USF can "afford" that investment is another matter and I would say most assuredly it can.  It all comes down to whether those in control of the USF purse strings think the total ROI is worth it.

If you search specific funds for "stadium" there is "USF Stadium Project (#509015)"

Is this for the new football stadium? And is this recently posted? Feel like i've searched this before and didn't see anything
