Very sad. The man volunteers to go to a war zone in Ukraine, comes back only to be killed in Tampa from an accident. He spent 17 years here on TBP, 13357 posts...all that to be hit by a car and have it all end like that..life and death are weird.

This is such disturbing news. Met him through either my son-in-law or daughter probably at a USF event and have known him for years. Really good guy. Even gave me his sign on and password for some streaming site years ago. There hasn't been much good going on around our place but this just breaks my heart.

If memory serves me correctly, he was involved with an organization that trained service dogs. If anyone knows the info on that please pass it along. I’d love to donate in his name.
