The coaches that Scott hired came from an 11-2 FAU team. These coaches are coming from a 5-7 FAU team. It's actually more worrisome.

So you'd be less worried if the coaches came from an 11-2 FAU team and a national championship Clemson? Because, I can tell you how that works out for us.

Well we only got one co-oc from the Clemson team and  graduate assistant. I believe we got the DC, secondary coach, oc, oline, and a few more position coaching from FAU. Either way the coaches either find success under the first time head coach or they fail. I am hoping they find much more success than Jeff Scott. It would be really good if he wins two fbs games in the first four games and make real progress.

Indeed it would be but wku and a new aac opponent is possible.  It is unlikely but  nothing would purge the stench of losing the former coach left here by doing something he could not do.

We should get a really great crowd for the home opener against FAMU - well it's FAMU decent local/casual draw, first home game for CAG and no Greek nonsense the second weekend of September.  Students should be out in full force.
