Simmons had 50 receptions for nearly 800 yards and 6 TD's for FCS Wagner last season.  

Solid pickup looks to be a big play receiver.  We will find out if that transfers over to FBS level.  Horn replacement??

Wagner is FCS.  He put up big numbers at an FCS school, 50 receptions last year.  There are a lot of FCS players that can play on FBS level and at a high level if given the chance.

Plus I believe USF needs football players so those stats prove that. Who cares about how many stars these players have. A good coach can have two star players perform like 4 star players.

Well CAG did reel in two 4 star transfers today also, so not against stars.  But yeah these underated FCS guys that have a chip on their shoulder can pay big dividends also.

Good pick up. I really like our offense for next year.  We have to hold on to Brown, Bohanon, Battie, and Weaver. If I am a WR recruit I would want to play for USF right now. Probably need a few more OL, and maybe another receiver.
