I think this kid is different. His highlight video reminds me of Ean Randolph. Randolph was a 2006 transfer to USF from Webber International. He ended up Big East Special Teams Player of the Year and 1st Team All-Big East.

I remember Randolph vs FIU in 2006. He returned 3 punts for TD! I think 2 of the three were called back for penalties. He also broke the ankles of a WVU DB in 2006 in one of the funnest USF games to watch of all time.

This is why most DTs don’t start as freshmen. They need to get bigger and stronger. This guy will be for future years. Just as the two we got last year didn’t play. Hopefully they got bigger and can contribute this year.

This is also why we still need two DTs transfers or JUCOs that can play right away.

I'm not worried about a 261 pound DL.  Weight can be added.
