We need an experienced DC not someone learning on the job...Defense is definitely the weakness of this team for years it's a disaster.

Golesh referred to his DC choice as the best DC in the country. If he brings in Kevin Patrick, whose never even been a DC, that will be my first red flag lol

Kevin Patrick has removed FAU references from his Twitter profile and hasn't retweeted anything FAU related in the last week. I think he might be the guy.

They fired his team's HC, leaving the whole coaching staff in lingo, not to mention him not retweeting FAU a week ago came long before we ended up picking Golesh.

I'd stop promoting my current school on Twitter also if they just fired my boss and I thought I was on the chopping block.

I understand that and agree. It is a little bit odd that he and Golesh follow each other on Twitter given that they have never coached together. Not saying he will definitely be hired, but just putting it out there that there is a chance he ends up on CAG's staff.

Why the heck is the #107 defense even in the conversation?

Yea I saw that also now...if we raid FAU for defensive parts.

Sure we got something better planned than that.

Are you guys questioning Kevin Patrick's coaching performance? I realize that FAU struggled, but he has done very well at numerous stops, including twice at USF. I'm not saying he is going to be the DC or a position coach, but I would be happy to have him back in green and gold.

Will Turner said he's hearing traction on Mike Tressel, that would be a home run and fit the "best DC in the country" comment
