Shrader I believe transferred to Notre Dame. Place kicker is such an underrated position. A good place kicker can be the difference between being a good team vs being a bad team, especially if you are going to be in a lot of close games.

I hope we have someone on the team that can replace Shrader. I am not sold on the Virginia transfer who only made 50 percent of his kicks last year.

Sitting in TIA this morning. My wife strikes up a conversation with a guy with USF gear. Turns out he's on staff as a recruiter. Name is Matthew Msomething from Kent State. Headed out west for visits.

Anyone following the NIL drama at UF over the QB prospect? What a prime example of how big a joke the entire NIL system is. Just a flat-out horrible idea in every way, shape and form.

what are we doing flying out west? weird. 

$13m for a QB prospect? I've been saying it from the beginning... something big is going to blow up in the NIL space and rightfully so... it's a mess.

Somebody else mentioned this, but the whole point was players getting a piece of the pie from the college football machine.  Instead it has just legalized McDonald's bags of cash from boosters.   What a joke
