I know Strong ended up awful for us but "on paper" he at least had Florida ties and some record of success.  

Scott on the other hand was a "co-coordinator" who only had Clemson experience.  The hire had red flags from the start; including when he didn't bother starting here right away bc he wanted to stay with Clemson thru the end of their season. 

We need someone who doesn't just want this opportunity but craves it, and will commit 100% on day one.

But I have 0 faith in MK finding the right guy after he hired AND extended this guy.
