Not all of those hundreds would come here. The options are slim. We aren’t an upgrade to many programs anymore. We are just a team with no direction.

We aren't an upgrade to the P5 retreads maybe but we are to the  FCS coaches moving up so not sure why this thread is filled with redemption projects. Shoot for the stars guys

We can’t do worst than where we are at. My concern is we need to have a solid group of people around whoever the coach is. Certain teams around us have been known to pick up big name coordinators to help them develop their strategy. I’m tired of throwing shittt at the wall hoping it will stick. Time to start analyzing and developing real strategies.

I do agree that this couldn't get any worse. I would happily take almost everyone mentioned in this thread for the hope alone.
