Jamey Chadwell from Coastal Carolina if we are getting an up and comer. Looking at third straight 10+ win season and we can double his salary.

Scott Frost if we are going a retread. Was a great offensive coordinator and turned UCF around in no time. Can recruit. He took his dream job and failed, but any retread we get has failed in one job.

I like Scott Frost.  Nebraska was a disaster and will always be one.  I'd take it if he's not demoralized from the Nebraska experience.
