I dunno.. Day 1 STH, but I think we've only been to one game since the lost covid season. I can't even give my tix away to friends.
I've been sticking it out and continued as a STH because I thought seeing the Bama game would be cool, but this is just getting harder and harder to justify.
Bottom line (for us) the Game Day experience just sucks. The Club is way overcrowded - less than half of the concessions are open making for stupid long lines and crappy choices (compared to Bucs game day and most other events). The prices are just stupid. And worst of all, the "product" on the field is just a disaster.
Watching Bama wipe their *** with us 84 - 3 will NOT be enjoyable. I was hoping for at least an interesting game.. But now??
I have zero vested interest in the OCS and early seat picks. Campus is just WAY too far of a drive for us (Seminole / Redington). I could be wrong, but it also seems like traffic in and out an OCS will be a nightmare.
Absolutely First World Problem mixed with a dash of "I'm getting to old for this crap" - but for us it really has boiled down to just how miserable the game day experience has been.
It's sad because I WANT to love it.
