Scott needs to win 4 total (3 more) to keep his job.

The scary part is that if he is given another year, we will more than likely stay mediocre for another season after this one.

Have MK as a boss is all he needs to do to keep his job

Sad but true he may even get an extension if we gets 3 wins this year because we need stability and progress.

There is nothing he can do, because he needs to be gone

There is no "culture building" when your team is 1-21 against FBS teams. It's a culture of losing right now.

I have absolutely nothing against the man off the field, but this aint it folks!

move on this week

Any less that four wins and he should be shown the door after the ucf game.  I don't know if MK has the balls to do that though since he foolishly extended him.

I'm surprised 60% of people here think USF will fire Jeff if he wins 3 more games. That's delusional. "Should" they? I don't know. But as far as the question reads its not a should its in practice, in reality, what does he need to do.

Eh I read it differently as what does he need to do in my opinion.  Of course MK can trump everyone.

I can see that if the first option wasn't there so I kind of agree with hm101 ...... but looks like most are reading it your way, which maybe is how it was intended.

The biggest thing Jeff Scott needs to do is field a consistently competitive and competent football team.  These uncompetitive blow out loses against similarly skilled P5 and G5 teams is unacceptable.

I said at the beginning of season, that with our schedule he would stay on at 4-8. I think that right now that’s an uphill goal. But if he can do that he will stay.

I just don’t think that with the OCS being in the news they’ll fire him this year and he will have another year
