Maybe it is.....Like someone said, BYU game was over in first 11 minutes, why expose the rest of the playbook and it wasn't needed against Howard.  I'm hoping we see this the rest of the season....

Not sure if that was the case because we really tried to pass the ball as well until we just beat them athlete to athlete by running at them. It could be but no way to know.

Really well called by Coach Trickett. How about that misdirection pitch to Battie on 4th down in the first half that broke him loose? Brilliant call. And the 2-point conversion? We haven’t seen creativity like that in a long time - if ever.

That was my favorite play of the game.  It took the air out of the stadium.

Those were great plays at the perfect time.  Something tells me we had another play like that in the bag and it was probably called in on the bad snap play, that would've been the down to take a shot.

Sincerely doubt they are/were holding anything back. It's just part of the building process.

Not sure holding stuff back but changing their play calls to not expose the QB to injury is a distinct possibility.

Yeah, not sure the reason but they were definitely not running GB the first two games the way they ran him last night ............ I don't think anyway.

That is his strength, first game we were out of it early, second game was against a high school team so I guess it makes sense and the guy getting paid millions actually had a strategy.

Florida definitely looked off balanced and had a hard time dealing with what we were throwing at them.

The play calling was shockingly different than the first couple games. Whether they were hiding stuff or not it was awesome to see.

If this staff understands they need to show up against the right teams I would be impressed. ESPN showed the game and made a point about us which looked like Jim Leavitt type 5 head levels of play.

That is what other conferences will notice.
