We are a bad team in a G5 conference, the #2 season was a weird year for CFB. Jim Leavitt never won a conference championship.

This season we had a ton of transfers come in and new coordinators. Everyone expects us to all of a sudden start winning? Let the team gel! We aren’t a program with a deep tradition of winning, we cannot afford to fire coaches two-three seasons in. Let this guy run his course.

The administration is making investments in the program. We have a stadium coming along with other athletic changes. We have a media deal with 102.5 the bone. There is a lot of good going on in this program.

I agree that no matter what happens on the field this season, USF will be fine in the long run. USF now has too much going for them to let negativity overcome the positives moving forward. Go Bulls!

Just ride the wave...... None of us can change what we are watching...... We had these exact issues with fCWT and then during Syracuse it all came together and we thrived...... CJS has my support until we are out of bowl contention, then it's time to move on......

Look at the scores from the top 25 from yesterday...... A lot of **** teams beat the piss out ranked schools.... Regardless of where a team plays in conference, the portal has leveled the playing field and Larry Scott is a HC we've said we wanted for a long time..... Give Howard some credit

The result on the field was pretty much what I expected…a non-dominating win. My biggest complaint are the concessions. $50 for 2 beers, a water and a popcorn? That’s insane.

It won't be that much better in an OCS ... the concession revenue will be a big part of paying the debt.

The only good thing is that $50 you would pay on campus won't be going to the Glazers.  (The Bucs get the first $2 million of concessions revenue for every event).

So far we lost to the #15 team (come Monday) in week 1, beat an FCS opponent in week 2 and barring any miracles, will lose to the #13 team (come Monday) next weekend.  I said elsewhere, we should chill until we regroup after the ECU game.  If we don't compete at some competent level against UL and/or ECU, then have at it.

GO BULLS!

Please see ODU, App State, GA Southern, etc.

I agree. There are so many new players, they need time to gel.

well on the up side. Check what happened to last year’s MWC Champion Utah State vs their FCS opponent after getting blitzed by Bama prior week.

or

Nevada with Bentlee Sanders vs another FCS squad.

This is true.  They are trying so much harder than in the past.  The product is unwatchable for any knowledgeable football fan though, so people are right to complain after spending in some cases thousands of dollars.

Hope you are right.  There's still time to salvage the year.
