, I love Espo. Although as a player he will always be identified as a Bruin, he was the leader for the Rangers when they made it to the cup finals in 78 vs the Canadians (losing 4 games to 1). I finally got his autograph at a Lightning game when the team moved to the Trop (I Believe they called it the sunshine state dome at that time?). I told him how much I loved that 78 team and he actually told me why they lost (he said the team should not have stayed in a Montreal as there was too much partying). Great guy.

It was the Florida Suncoast Dome before the Bolts moved there. When they did, renamed the Thunderdome ....

Yep, took in two games there as well, that was the year I moved up north. But I could see the area changing dramatically in terms of sports.

When was the last time the LA won 3 Titles in 2 years and went to 4 Championships in 3 years excluding basketball since  TB doesn't have a team? Champa Bay lives on until the Lightning are not the Champs.

Don't remember which game exactly that was from the last couple of years but it was one where we were extremely short manned and gutted out a win. Never seen Coop that animated ... may have been one that included a cheap shot against Kuch that put him out.
