That was on a jog when the plans were unveiled to him and him alone.  He also said, after the plans were put away, that we were going to hire Petino and Elon Musk was donating for the OCS.  The guy used to take saunas with Woolard then Harlan, the latter in the nude.

Could use whatever he was on. Not sure about the nude part though. guess it depends on how good the stuff is.

Talked about it at length at the Coaches Tour Stop last night. A number of $325 million was put on the screen. But don't believe that was just the football stadium. Additions and improvements to others things too.
