This is important for people who claim "the state" will be contributing (emphasis added):

wouldn't be surprised if at that June 15th meeting some renderings are revealed. It's already been mentioned thats when the financial plan for the stadium should be approved by the BOT and Scott has mentioned he sees an updated rendering about once a week.

I see that day they have this room rented out for the meeting:

Seems like a lot of space for media/donors to come and see a reveal
