I think it’s more along the lines of this guy is an 89 and he is going nowhere so there is no reason to rerank him so the guy that couldn’t get the job from the other 89 and is leaving and we have to rerank let’s give him an 80 since he didn’t shine but also didn’t fail.

Which goes in line with my original point that they were quite punitive with a few of our guys. At the end of the day, it really doesn't matter, it's all for the talking-heads and media to have fun with. I was just pointing out that a guy like Khafre Brown produced when he got on the field. There are a lot of a reasons a guy might not get PT. Regardless, today is a great day and CJS and company showed that they have the recruiting chops to turn this thing around. I understand that it still has to translate to the field, but we are in a much better position today to succeed than we were at any time in the last 3 years.

sounds like he's more likely to stay here for a few years than i initially though

Shoop was impressive in his short interview.  I really think we got a good DC finally.

Serious question. In our history, what PWOs have made an on-field impact? Just can't recall many becoming big contributors.

new linebacker Hunter looks good, notice there’s an entire new row though…sounds like those spots will get filled later and not today though
