It may sound corny AF But what USF should be doing is offering season ticket holders a free night stay at the IPF before the season kicks off.  Have season ticket holders camp out inside IPF while playing the top ten USF games on some big screens.

I wonder if they are going to make their deadline. Looks like there is still a lot of stuff to be done and training camp opens in a couple of months.

Ironically rain will probably play a big part of that happening or not.

Once the roof is complete and everything is waterproofed the rest should be easy. Rough and trim shouldn't take too long at all. They'll also be able to work longer hours as well as weekends if need be to hit the scheduled deadline. Even if its at no additional cost to the GC.

They should be pretty much done with the east roof tomorrow and then start of the west side.  I'm assuming they'll do north to south again since there's still prep work to be done non the northeast sides.

Was this lump sum? Not to exceed? Reimbursable?  Makes a big difference to the GC
