Any movement for new IPF ?

I haven't seen the plans but prior news releases state that the facility is climate controlled, so yes it will have insulation and HVAC. Typically with PEMB, your HVAC is on the ground.

I thought I remember reading something about climate controlled but wasn't sure ...... don't want it too comfy in there for them, though.

West side roof almost done and it looks like the southside is now getting painted.

Last year fall camp started August 4th. Anyone familiar with these type of projects know if things look to be on track to finish in 2 months?

I have no idea, but hopefully they can start practicing in there even if all the stuff inside isn't quite complete (drywall, interior doors, trim, lobby, etc), but I don't know if that's possible.  They would at least have to have turf and lighting all done.

Definitely need the HVAC to be there otherwise it will be hot.

There goes our "play those northern teams on a sweltering Florida day" advantage. Now we will be just as hot as the competition.
