Actually that is a perfect picture to remind everyone why the IPF was needed. USF lost so much practice time due to the Florida thunderstorms so thank you for sharing this photo.

You kinda jumped in at the tail end of that part of the conversation. MLB asked about practicing in there if it's not quite complete. JJ said it would be hot if the HAVC isn't installed yet. I said we don't need any steenking A/C ........ I asked the question earlier here about climate controlled and was told it was.

Cool! Didn’t know the Rays and other MLB teams would be using it for practice too.

A question I've been meaning to ask .... If there's a thunderstorm going on before practice begins, is there going to be a covered walk to get the players there from locker room?

Ahhh, ok got it. That would be great to rent out to MLB though. Any revenue stream is good.
