Don't know the overall dimensions (comparing to adjacent fields) of the roof area but it probably works out to around 25-30000 sq ft. Probably around a 1/2-3/4 of an acre of roofing needed-amazing when you think about the amount of materials that go into a project like this. Plus, prices are so high right now. It's looking good. Well, a football field is 360 feet x 160 feet... which is 57,600 square feet... or 1 1/3rd acres. Factor in space around the field, and the building is likely more than 1 1/2 acres in coverage. Any of the old boys up in NC ever tell you that you were "one calculating sumagun"? **(I was going to say sumbitch but I was trying to keep a G rating)

Also, the underside of the roof has seen a good deal of progress this morning, as the crew is about past the half way mark on the West side.

I would guess that it should be dried in by then. That would leave 6-7 weeks to finish.
