There was blue sealant and the underside of the insulation on the NE side of the building last night. That should mean the roof work starts shortly.

It is translucent. This rendering from USF Football twitter is the only one that I have seen that matches what they are building exactly (every opening and wall section match it).

The sides of that facility are a giant canvas. Hope they eventually do something really interesting with it.
