According to CJS today. Marsh is the next man up.

Interesting. He was cleared to play after halftime. You have to wonder if this is the coaches holding back information or if the injury was worse than originally thought.

That’s my thought exactly.

I "read" it as. . .

Tape him up and we'll be fine in the second half ... and we'll see for ECU.

Rest him for 2nd half especially for a short week. We have confidence in Marsh. Remember, halftime score was 17-7. Temple takes the 2nd half kickoff and makes it 70 yards in 1 play to make it 17-14. Coaches do not panic and puts in Marsh. Marsh has improved in practice during the season and is now #2. Our depth is stronger at QB, Day 1 starter is now #3.

We'll evaluate him through practice this week and make a game day decision.

Hw WILL Play.

I imagine with rain possible we could use Marsh as an extra running back.

Interesting that Marsh is over Fortin. That's a good sign I think? Fortin seemed like he doesn't have chemistry w receivers, so he doesn't have trust to throw so he takes too much pressure. He's got some throwing ability, so I hope Marsh can prove equal or better play a few weeks into the season vs ECU. I really have low expectations for USF so I doubt he can disappoint.

McC has taken a lot of hits this season, He was getting up slower and slower. I wondered if this would happen eventually this season and who the backup might be since we hadn't until last week, seen anyone get any time. If he isn't a go then you have to hope our O line performs like they did last game and Marsh or Fortin can get something going early on. ECU isn't Temple, I think they are a better team.
