Maybe if Tom Brady could just swing by to one of practices for a minute and lay hands upon our QBs we could bring our whole program back from the dead.

After he retires ..... I don't want him anywhere near that ******* burial ground.

The only disappointment I'll feel in all this is if we get taken by a P5 and this Mother of All Threads fades away to nothingness ....

You know this is BS, I would sell your soul for a seat at the table, we are in a survival mode and the chances of us making a P5 is slim to none and slim left town.

Exactly. It'd be like being disappointed for not winning the lottery. It is what it is ........ but, for what it's worth, if i thought that's all it would take, I would sell your soul for a seat at the table.

Thanks Trips, I am altruistic as well, I would sell your whole family for a sniff at the p5, if I had to get more aggressive I would, some day we got this or more likely we don’t

PAC 12 expansion?  Would truly be a bummer if Boise, SD, Fresno, UNLV or other MW teams get to the P5 simply due to geography.

With George Kliavkoff hired as the new Pac-12 commissioner, conference expansion is about to be a topic … maybe. What schools should be targeted?  Pac-12 Conference...

While I’d love to see USF at home every 4 years in football and once a year in every other sport; sign me up for USC, Oregon, UW, etc every other year.

Whoever wrote this has ZERO idea about how the PAC operates. No way in hell do PAC schools like Stanford, Cal, UCLA, USC add Boise, Fresno, UNLV. Zero no chance, all of us here would win the lotto before any of those schools see the PAC.

Correct. The conference would be taking a pay cut to add these schools. Again, I will be very surprised if there are any changes...especially when the playoffs expand in three years.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

    Terry Lucas, 09/26/22

“This is not a broken football program by any means. It just needs to be united, to get everybody on the same page, share that same vision, and really to have that standard - best is the standard.”
