I might be the only one that sees a very raw QB that will have very bad spells.

Fortin is not the answer, but I'd say Timmy does not much increase the likelihood of a win.

Take a step back guys. 

Coach Scott can't fire Cade when a reporter shoves a mic in his face after the game. He needs to be the leader and coach of this team and that means loyalty to them. He should and sounds like will make that decision face to face with Cade.

It doesn't really matter if he's the "problem".  But it does matter that he doesn't appear to be the solution.   At least not the best one

A raw QB that brings an energy and dynamics that the medium rare QB can't match, at least not up to this point. No one is saying he looks like a Heisman candidate, but the drives he has been in for certainly feel different.

I agree that there will be some bad mistakes with McClain, but when the other option is a guy that can only throw short underneath routes because he can’t elude pressure and throws into coverage off his back foot, I think you have to ride with the guy that can make something happen with his legs and creates time for his receivers to get open. That being said, I don’t agree with your second point.

Not sure anyone thinks that TM isn't raw and will have growing pains but if Cade isn't the answer now, you go with what you hope is the answer for the future ...
