Their neighborhood was posh compared to mine. I bought back my childhood home when I got married the first time. Inside width? 11'7".  Plaster walls, no insulation and the attic went through all 3 homes in the row.  Oh yeah, 7' ceilings.

😳    Today it prob goes for $275k and it's called a Townhome

My cousin lived in the the other house on the end and sold it a few years ago for about $35k. The area wasn't great then but it is much worse now.  I sold mine in the divorce in '81 for about $26k.  Not a lot of appreciation over the years. Zillow says it is 86k now. I doubt that unless they rebuilt the entire place.

Never know..they may have opened a "Knife and Gun Club" nearby so possibly the structure has gone commercial like...meth, stash house, hooker ??
