So you want to “verify” we are second class? The presidents from the AAC and the commissioner have already stated they would not support this at all.

It would still be a terrible move. Might as well go down to FCS level at that point.

Yes, what would be the difference, we would establish ourselves as a lower level and eventually wouldn’t even be playing some of these so called P 5 programs.

At least we get a taste... I would rather get 2 decent P5 games a year versus playing the sunbelt or MAC. Also, the AAC is the tallest of the midgets which is better than being grouped with the MAC. Although we are relegated to the G5, anyone with a college football brain knows we are the strongest of this ugly club. I know it’s not what we want but it’s better than the alternative being suggested.
