This. I think this is the main issue...Q does not have pro arm strength. But that being said, Murray is a pretty piss poor QB. Tampa has the worst QB situation in the XFL

He should go to Canada

I'd go the other way. I think Q has enough arm strength to be an NFL QB, but I don't think he has the consistent touch and accuracy to be a starter. Arm strength is like breakaway speed for a RB, it's nice and it looks good on paper, but 90% of your throws and runs are built on consistency, not home runs.

Good point. I think my concern with arm strength is more related to accuracy. While at USF he would sometimes skip or one-hop his short to intermediate passes..:especially the short ones. His long passes were actually pretty decent in my opinion...like he hit today and the game winner in his last game at USF. But the dude can still run.

He definitely could nail some great long passes. The 2017 UCF game was full of them.

With the success of Jackson,  Wilson and Murray, there is no way that I don't have Flowers on at least the practice squad. Andy Dalton sucked.

If I was Baltimore, I would have him. If something happens to Jackson, they would have Q and RG3.

I don't know if Q's arm is an issue, definitely needs to work on touch, but, IMHO, he's light years ahead of Tebow's passing when he was drafted. Delivery may be a concern. He has a long throwing motion that takes a little more time than most. I hope he gets to start for the XFL and dominates that league, then gets a shot to at least hold a clip board in the NFL and make some money.

Looking at the replay, nobody was close to being open but like the commentator said, he should have just thrown it towards Williams and given him a chance. Of course the concept of wr's fighting and winning contested ball battles is kind of foreign to him and may take him awhile to grasp it.

He's got to be severely hampered by the fact that his QB reps are being limited in practice.

I’d rather have Q be a star in the XFL than sit on an NFL practice squad.

So you want him to make 55k/yr versus 90k?
