Why are we ruling out a much improved Jordan McCloud running a much more established Kerwin Bell offense? Seriously. I think Bell was given a shtshow of a single season and should at least be an OC candidate, and ditto for McCloud.

I’m not. I saw some good things from the freshman QB.

Felipe would be outstanding. But there are going to be more QB openings at schools more likely to win than USF and he's not a "one last chance" guy hitting the portal. He's someone's missing piece.

I just hope for the sake of humanity you are trolling. You can’t be serious.

He was 9-21 for 116 yards and a QBR of 36 in the last game of the year. How exactly was he "much improved"? Kinda seem like he never really figured it out. If you don't have arm strength, you better be accurate. He was neither.

Just remember that Scott coached McCloud's brother at Clemson. There is already a connection there and I wouldn't be shocked if Jordan enters the season as the starter.

I saw some good things out of McCloud. Was he perfect? Absolutely not!... but... for a kid in his, what, 3rd year at the position, he did some good things. He has the tools (I don't think his arm is as weak as some of you, I guess it is when he's playing with a separated shoulder, but, hopefully that's not the norm).. He had a little bit of Q clutch-ness in him during the close games at the end.

I certainly think we could do better, but, I KNOW we could do a whole lot worse. Prop up the line and tailor the offense to him and JM can win some games. We'll lose some too, but, that is our world.

I am 1000% opposed to Franks. His demeanor and arrogance are a turn off for me in addition to bad decisions. He's a WAY less likable Blake Barnett.

He was about as inaccurate as you can be.  I'm not sue you can develop that at this point unless it was a comfort thing.

I feel Chase Brice will be trying the transfer portal and could graduate this year as noted.  This kid is 6'3" 230 with a big arm.
