This has been my concern from the jump. I don't think there's one in the room currently. Looking at who Clemson was recruiting there doesn't seem to be much that might follow. Could he get Felipe from the Portal? Is Rodemaker the guy?

Rumors from Clemson that Chase Brice may transfer and follow Scott.  They believe he may be on track to graduate this year, so could be a Grad Transfer.

Felipe would be outstanding. But there are going to be more QB openings at schools more likely to win than USF and he's not a "one last chance" guy hitting the portal. He's someone's missing piece.

On the one hand, if Scott is coming, you could do worse as a QB mentor. But, I just don't see a kid who's played as many games as Franks has signing on for a rebuild at a losing program.
