I will not quit. I will find these people who support the AAC Championship and will come together to create a community that is predicated on securing the silver hardware trophy.

People for the Celebration of Mediocre Achievements. The good news is a large pizza and a case of beer should be enough to feed the entire meeting.

I’ll remember an AAC Championship much more than some obscure #2 ranking that lasted 10 minutes and was lost due to coaching ineffectiveness.

Those pictured are all massive overachievers.

Want to bet on what percentage of people would remember or value each of those things over the other? A NY6 win is the only thing that would jump it, so while an AAC championship is a stepping stone towards surpassing that achievement by itself it holds little to know value. Every week the market shows us how much AAC games are valued, it will not magically become the most important thing in the world because you put some trophy on it.

None of these things are mutually exclusive. I say we win all of the Splashy OOC games. Take the AAC and play a big Bowl game.

Who exactly do you think is going to look back to see who won the AAC? There are roughly 20 people on the internet that care about and discuss AAC championship wins in real life no one is discussing it and you can simply tell anyone you like that USF has won the AAC every year it’s been in existence, the only thing they will question you on is what’s the AAC.

I think we all are on this side but that isn't fun to debate so the fight has to be which if held in a vacuum and you cant have both is more valuable, winning the games people care about or losing all of those games and winning all of the games no one cares about but you get a paper weight that has magic powers to make people care about games they have shown for 6 years they care nothing about? Hopefully we just go with your plan, win them all and then just don't have to worry about the harsh realities that come with a 9-3 AAC championship.
