When I was in grad school, one of my professors would make us do an exercise to help us with our writing. He would give us a page of text and tell us to make it a paragraph. Other times he'd give us a paragraph and tell us to make it a sentence.

Sports message board rants should not be confused with grad school formal writing, although I will take it as a compliment that aside from the stylistic choices made mine could be. I draw my inspiration from Immanuel Kant and he would find my sentences and paragraphs to be far too short.

I don’t think he would care for too much of my content as the inspiration was only stylistic. Although the board would be a better place if everyone’s categorical imperative lead them to be more like puc86.
