This is Cal spending $ in places they should not have. One of the best academic institutions in America because of their high budget allocation to academics...they should have never fixed their stadium if some $ we’re not going to be allocated from academics. Of course there is no way they could have done that without pressure from almost every stakeholder.

I feel like someone just learned the term "service the debt" and used this thread as an excuse to type it as many times as possible.

When we go to an OCS, Free Student tickets will shrink big-time if we have them at all.

Student tickets will stay free.  I'm not certain that the student section would get smaller either.
