Somewhere back in this post there's a clip of him coaching Mike Alstott's kid. I wonder what he thinks?

I know the season he worked with QF there was a noticeable difference in his play, that also dropped off when dilbert took over.

He has exceeded expectations all three years as a position coach.

I wouldn't say that is the case near as much as you are saying.  We have a former player that posts here that is pretty much wrong all of the time on just about everything football related.   Players care about "getting theirs" especially if they transferred here hoping to bounce to the league after 1 season on the field.  If a WR or RB is getting their touches/stats they will believe the guy in place "knows his stuff".  Take this season, I'm sure Cronk was upset to lose touches to Ford, but Ford was pretty **** productive with the touches he got and earned more.

at the end of the season Cronk was the third best running back on the team
